Coached Lap Swim


Tuesday & Thursday
12:00-12:55 PM

An amazing option for those serious about swimming!  Coached by Jaque Trude or another awesome coach, participants will be guided through a variety of swim workouts! 






Lap Swim


Monday- Friday
9:30 AM-7:00 PM - will vary between short course and long course depending upon day and time.  Please be patient with us if we are changing between short and long course!     

Saturday-Sunday 
1:00-5:00 PM (long course)

Kick boards are available on a first come, first serve basis, so don't hesitate to bring your own gear!


Water Aerobics


Monday-Friday

12:00 PM-12:45 PM

Monday-Thursday

5:30-6:15 PM

Grab a friend or two and join us for this fun fitness class taught by a variety of amazing instructors!



Water Sculpt


Tuesday & Thursday
11:00 AM- 12:00 PM

Lower impact than our water aerobics class, this class targets specific muscle groups with the use of water weights and belts!


Water Polo

Come join a drop in game of water polo to get a great workout and have a blast!


Water Walking


Monday- Friday 
9:30 AM-12:00 PM

Grab a group of friends, put on some sunscreen and come walk against the current in the Lazy River!
